Sexual wellness through the cycle
Desire, lubrication, and comfort can shift with hormones. None of those shifts define your worth.
A wide normal
Libido may rise near ovulation for some people and fall premenstrually for others. Pain with sex, bleeding after sex, or desire that has collapsed and worries you are clinical conversations, not personal failures.
Consent and contraception
Cycle phase does not change the need for consent. It also does not replace contraception if pregnancy is not wanted. Use protection against STIs whenever that is part of your risk picture.
